教学简介:

主要承担《食品分离技术》、《食品卫生与安全学》、《水产品工艺》、《生物分子分离与表征》等课程的教学任务。

科研简介:

海洋活性天然产物的提取、分离、鉴定及活性评价;海洋功能食品的研发。运用生物信息学-质谱-核磁等现代化手段快速从药食同源的海藻、微生物发酵物中锁定目标分子;运用各种色谱法手段靶向分离活性化合物;运用果蝇、老鼠等模型评价目标化合物的活性;研发抗氧化、抗衰老、防流感、抗菌、美白等功能的高附加值食品或生物制品。
