科研简介:

研究方向为“微流控测序与体外模型构建中的新原理/新方法开发、仪器研制及生物应用研究”。发明了多种微流控水凝胶微粒定制装置,实现了凝胶微粒空间功能的按需设计与无标记分析,成功应用于分子诊断、细胞培养、中药分析、药物筛选等。共发表SCI论文48篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、 Matter、 ACS Cent. Sci.、 Chem. Sci. Engineering、 Anal. Chem. Small、 Chem. Eng. J. 等重要期刊发表论文20余篇;授权并转化中国发明专利1项;主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发子课题等;参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省重点领域研发计划项目等。
