    科研简介:

    主要研究方向为(1)食品浆果来源花色苷类多酚(如矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷)的抗氧化、抗炎与糖脂代谢调控活性及其分子机制;(2)浆果花色苷对食品污染物微塑料诱导的肠道菌群失调、代谢紊乱、结肠炎等毒性的干预作用及机制;(3)牛乳、蜂王浆、栀子等来源外泌体的提取、生物活性及其靶向递送应用等。合计发表SCI论文34篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Materials Today Bio、Food & Function等期刊发表论文12篇,总引用数780余次,个人H-指数18。主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项;申请国家发明专利3项(1项已授权)。

    社会兼职:

    (1)担任Frontier in Cellular and Infection Microbiology(IF=4.9,中科院2区)期刊,专刊客座主编;
