硕士生导师,福建省高层次人才。一直从事食品加工与保鲜、食品营养及其微纳米控缓释载体、生物医用材料、海洋生物资源开发利用的研究工作。主持或承担科研项目20项,在Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry等刊物上发表论文50多篇,其中ESI高被引论文4篇(h-index =21),单篇论文被引用280次,授权发明专利7项(第1发明人5项),转化科技成果1项。获得第十三届福建省自然科学优秀论文一等奖、第十二届福建省自然科学优秀论文二等奖,第一届福州大学曾亦容奖教金等奖励。福建省食品科学技术学会理事,Trends In Food Science and Technology、Chemical Engineering Journal、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food and Bioprocess Technology、Journal of Food Science and Technology、Journal of Food Process Engineering、食品工业科技等期刊的审稿专家。
