科研简介:

主要研究方向包括食品营养、肠道健康、机器学习交叉学科领域,涉及膳食天然产物的肠道保护机制研究、肠道菌群、肠炎动物评估模型构建等。迄今为止以第一或者通讯作者身份在期刊上发表SCI论文12篇,H-index 10,他引400余次;Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Inflammation、Journal of Functional Foods等期刊评审专家。
