科研简介:

围绕生物分离过程开展建模与优化研究,以第一作者在Biotechnol BioengJ Chromatogr A等期刊发表SCI论文12篇,参编图书著作1章,获软件著作权4项,担任SCI期刊Processes客座编辑及多个国际知名期刊审稿人。

主要研究方向概括如下:

[1] AI赋能生物分离过程建模与优化:引入机器学习与深度学习技术,开发机理与数据融合驱动的建模方法,辅助层析、过滤等生物分离下游工艺的过程优化。

[2] 连续生物制药与新型分离技术:聚焦单克隆抗体、小核酸、多肽等生物药物,探索连续流层析等新型工艺,促进生物制药过程的连续化与高效化。
