承担的《蛋白质化学》课程被评为福建省精品课程,获福建省教学成果二等奖4项。

科研简介:

长期从事基因工程在酶制剂工业中的应用研究与开发,在酶制剂及其它生物活性物质的分子生物学和基因工程改良、高效表达等方面积累了丰富的经验,并取得了丰硕的科研成果。对不同环境微生物的认识与利用,建立了产酶微生物资源库和微生物酶基因资源开发不同环境来源酶等新产物,重点开展酶制剂在海洋生物资源、寡糖生产食品、生物医药开发中的应用,探讨生物催化的应用途径。

主持了国家海洋局海洋公益性行业科研专项、863子课题、国家自然科学基金、福建省发改委产业技术开发专项、福建省经贸委企业技术创新专项等10多项国家及省部级重大科研项目的研究工作。研究成果获得了国家技术发明奖二等奖,国家科技进步二等奖,中国轻工业联合会科学技术发明奖一等奖,省科技进步二、三等奖,省专利三等奖等多项奖励;授权国家发明专利18项,国际发明专利2项;在国际性影响因子较高的专业学术刊物上先后发表了学术论文100多篇,其中被SCI收录的论文达80多篇;参与出版专著2部,教材2部。
